Clearly someone was caught redhanded checking out his wifeys booty.
And that somebody was my husband.
It's nice to know that when you are 5 months pregnant your husband still thinks you've got it. Particularly your backside. The other night, and now almost 7 months pregnant we were laughing at my belly. Being so small my whole life, it's pretty funny to see me with a protruding belly. I mentioned how ridiculous I look, and he said : You couldn't look more beautiful. With stars in his eyes, ha. Though seriously I think I saw some.
Marriage isn't always easy, especially since we've transitioned into the real world. Made a baby growing in my belly. But it means more to me each and every day. It is more than worth it. He lights me up.
And it does help, that I got the very best one! head scratching how i got away with that.

I just found your adorable blog and I have so loved the archives! This post is too cute. And I think we are due at the same time. Loved reading your notes to your son, reiterates so many things I feel about becoming a mom to my little girl. :)

ReplyDeleteSince I've been pregnant, my body has done some weird and crazy things, and my husband just says, "don't worry about it, your growing a baby!" And even when I'm insecure about my protruding belly, he makes me feel beautiful.
I love that this moment was caught candid, I'd love to know JB's response when you showed him, must have been so funny!

ReplyDeleteThis is the sweetest thing and, yes, I know I say that about all of your posts, but that doesn't make it less true. I don't believe in there being a universally perfect person, but I believe in each person having an individually perfect person for them and you and JB are a constant reminder of this to me.
