these are scenes from an evening walk.
which looks exactly like my morning walk.
oh and if I don't walk. heaven help me.
sometimes i think, i don't have time for a walk!
but i'm learning : i cannot afford not to take care of myself.
if you are healthy and happy - how much more will you offer your spouse, family, friends, clients?
it's a no brainer really.
so go on walks, drink lots of water, and eat right.
for everyone's sake! (:
ps:
take this quick poll, and let me know what you'd like to see more of around here.
