My great grandmother lived to be 105. When I was about 13 years old I asked her what her secret was and she said very plainly, "Well I guess I start each day with a bible verse and a grapefruit." Then asking if she had any wise advice she responded, "Don't ever buy an antique. When you're as old as me everything becomes an antique."
