Sarah asked me to share my favorite trip, and although it's hard to pick just one, I thought I'd share one of my favorite summer vacations.
Last summer, my family and I traveled many hours get to the island of St. Thomas
{and with my two little brothers, it was a verrryyy long day}.
But we landed in paradise. literally.
Of course no vacation is absolutely perfect and without a few bumps. There was a hurricane coming through and of the two weeks we were there, we only got about 5 days of sun. And the water probably wasn't nearly as calm and clear as it normally is....
but it was absolutely beautiful
the water was so clear and blue.
we swam, snorkeled, kayaked, paddle boarded and laid on the beaches.
take me back!

How fun! Oh man I wish i could go there. Ps. Awesome jumping pictures. You are really good at that! haha.

ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend and I have saved enough air miles for a cruise and I think the one I've picked makes a stop in st Thomas! We haven't booked it yet, but it's sure nice to thin about!

ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVED St. Thomas! I visited in January of 2009 because one of my college girlfriends was actually from there. It's so amazing how different your vacation can be from the perspective of a local. I'd go back in a heart beat!
