Today I had planned on going shopping but it seems all of Switzerland is shut down for holiday, so i went to Biel, Switzerland, took a lake cruise, and walked the length of St. Petersinsel.
St. Petersinsel is a little peninsula where Rousseau lived and called it the "happiest time of his life" ...
As you can see it was sort of a cloudy, misty day.
matched my mood a bit.

hurry home husband.
i don't like being an adventurer without you.

biel looks gorgeous! i used to love my solo adventures through the netherlands, but they definitely didn't compare with visiting places with my boyfriend. it's nice to have someone to share it with!
