What I wore: New Orleans, LA

When I asked y'all what you wanted to see more of on the blog, I was surprised it was outfit posts.  

surprised, but also very flattered!

There's something about wearing an outfit you love that makes your whole outlook on the day brighter.  You just can't help but stand up a little straighter and smile a little wider when you're looking cute.  

Let me be the first to say, I look like a darn hot mess 95% of the time.  When you see me on here, that's generally the 5% of when I take the time to do my hair, make up, and put some thought into an outfit.  it's usually one out of three.  you're really lucky to get 2/3.  

and daaaang girlfriends, if you get all three- it is a special occasion.  

My time in New Orleans made it into the special occasion category.

What's a better time to get all dolled up than your sweet Cousins Mardi Gras Debutante Ball?
