On the eve of my parents 36th wedding anniversary I wanted to share with you some very sweet vows. ones that have obviously stood the test of time.
Happy Anniversary to the greatest parents out there!!
Did you write your own vows, use someone elses? Or what would you do?
If I had found these before we walked i would have certainly used them.

those are so sweet! I'm not married but I think I would want to write my own. It adds a personal touch to the ceremony.
ReplyDeletethis is so sweet <3
ReplyDeleteAwesome Vows! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't know if I Would write my own vows...I feel like I would love to incorperate some of the traditional vows "Till Death Do Us Part" and '"with this ring, I the wed" But adding a bit of my own creativity in would be lovely!
Happy Anniversary to your parents!

So beautiful and inspiring. Thanks for sharing sweets. (P.S. We used the traditional vows, which I have always loved.) xoxo
ReplyDeletethat is so sweet. :)
ReplyDeleteoh my goodness I just did a post on my blog about vows!!! how super sweet :) we wrote our own too and it was so personal and lovely! these are just as fabulous too! xo
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful words and something to aspire to, for sure!
ReplyDeleteWe used the traditional vows, which I think are beautiful. Also I was pretty nervous for the church portion. I'm not big on being the centre of attention and all that so I think memorizing vows would have just added to the nerves. Plus, I don't really think our church would have allowed us to write our own...
Congrats to your parents!
that totally made me tear up, what beautiful vows!
ReplyDeleteThse are so sweet and really special because they've been proven through the years! Happy Anniversary to your mom and dad :)
ReplyDeletei love them! i have goosebumps. so incredible! My parents 32 year anniversary it this thursday!!! :)
ReplyDeletethese are great. I love to see/hear the words in which people use to promise their lives to another. We used traditional vows with a couple lines we wrote. I think there is something so beautiful about traditional vows, but we added a few lines about my Husbands military service.
ReplyDeletei just came across your blog (from a comment on M♥M) and think you are just the cutest! definitely a new (committed) follower!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to your parents, those vows are beautiful :-)
